InterviewHelp is a recruitment platform that connects skilled candidates with companies seeking specific talent. The platform enables recruiters to manage job postings, track candidate progress, and evaluate talent using AI-powered assessments.
Our recent redesign enhances both the recruiter and candidate experiences, streamlining workflows and offering more transparency throughout the hiring journey.
Enabling Smart, Efficient Recruitment
The original platform had limitations that created inefficiencies in the recruitment workflow. Although recruiters could view candidate progress, they still had to schedule daily calls to update the system, discuss candidate movement, and make decisions on advancing candidates. This took about an hour each day, which delayed the process and reduced productivity.
Bravedot Designs introduced several key updates to streamline the recruitment management process:
Job Listings
Improved the interface for posting and managing job opportunities.
Candidate Profiles
Enhanced not only to showcase key qualifications but also to track all important updates on a candidate’s movement in the pipeline. Recruiters can now see when a candidate moves to a specific stage, how they performed, who conducted the interview, and view interviewers' comments. This provides a comprehensive view of the candidate’s journey and enables faster decision-making.
Pipeline Management
Automated and clear tracking of candidates across stages reduced the need for daily coordination calls. This update significantly cut down the time spent on manual updates, making the process more efficient.
Previously, candidates found the onboarding process frustrating due to redundant steps, such as manually entering information already available in their resumes. This inefficiency led to higher abandonment rates and a poor overall experience.
